SHIPPING POLICY
All GRIT products are done on a pre-order bases for the moment.
We only deliver in South Africa.
To build trust in our brand, we will offer a collection option for customers close to Meyerton. The collection location will be at Global Fitness Gym. Date and Times will be communicated accordingly.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
As we launch GRIT, we want to ensure you have all the information you need about our ordering and delivery process. Currently, we will be placing orders once a week. Since we don't keep stock yet, the lead time for our supplier is 1-2 weeks. Once the stock arrives, it will take approximately 3-5 days for customers to receive their orders. Therefore a maximum of 3-4 weeks can be expected before delivery

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with high-quality products in a timely manner. Your support during this launch phase is invaluable to us, and we are committed to delivering the best service possible.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us at GRIT. We do all we can to provide you with a product you will be fully satisfied with; however, we understand that a return may sometimes be necessary.
An item(s) can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in the original condition, unused, in original packaging, with seals and tags intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item(s) is returned and received back at our warehouse, you will be entitled to an exchange, a gift card with the item cost as credit, or a refund for the item cost.
We are not able to refund items that have, or appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have the tags removed. The item must be free from any signs of wear and odor.
